Hi Dave,

It's working. As of about one minute ago. I'll send you and everyone else that's been begging an email, and post a test version here before doing an official release.

Hi Ed,
Pleaeaeaeaease finish xgridlite for Leopard.. ;)
It really seems there's nothing else out there to make working with xgrid any easier. In fact, it even seems like apples XGrid Admin isn't working on non-server Leopard (imac)'s anymore.
Thanks a lot for your work.

Patrik,

I'd recommend contacting the author of that post, as I suspect the problem is related to the details of how he set up Photoshop to integrate with Xgrid. XgridLite doesn't actually do anything except "turn on" Xgrid, so I can't really help you here.

Two things to check upfront, though: (1) do other jobs work successfully with your Xgrid setup? and (2) have you tried resetting everything?

Hi,

I was trying to use xgrid lite for image processing based on the following blog
http://jw-digital.net/blog/archives/2006/02/photoshop_xgrid.html

However whenever I submit my xgrid job I can see with the xgrid admin tools how my job is getting submitted and finishes however the images don't get processed. So I decided to hardcode the paths into the shell script and manually submit the shell script on the agent - it runs fine. However when I submit it via xgrid the job says it runs but it does not.

My controller as well as my agent uses OSX10.4.11 and I use Xgrid lite as the controller. Any suggestions.

Best, Patrik
